Can my water break at 16 weeks?

Im 16 weeks 3 days pregnant.  I'm not scheduled to see the obgyn again until 20 weeks. This is my 3rd pregnancy.  Two previous miscarriages that both ended before 10 weeks so this is all new to me.

I have noticed on and off all day that I was extra wet in my lady region. But I tend to just be more moist now so I brushed it off. Hubby is at work until 11pm which is in 3 ish hours.

We did do a lot of walking today.  We'll way more than normal.  But nothing crazy I just had a billion errands to run.

Well I took the dog outside and was tossing the Frisbee for her. After we came in I sat on my bed to read and after a few minutes I noticed it was like I'm sitting in a wet spot. I was touching my thighs and there wet. There's a small puddle on the bed. I didn't feel a gush or a pop or anything.  I tried to smell it [sorry if it's gross but I think it's important] and I can't tell. It does smell a bit but not like pee but not sweet idk.

Should I wait it out? My doctor isn't gonna be in till Monday to call?  Or do I need to go to the ER?

I have been having cramps today but I have cramps everyday.  They were a tad more frequent earlier but have died down
