So when did ladies begin purchasing maternity clothes? I've gained some weight and only a few of my pants button anymore. I don't know if I should go up a size for now or get maternity clothes? I'm only 10 weeks so I know the real weight hasn't even started yet.

You should buy a belly band. It goes over your unzipped jeans and holds them up. They sell them at target :)
