Unsure about U/S results

I had my first ultrasound today, my lmp was 2/24 and i had a positive pregnancy test on 3/24.  I should be 9wk 3dy today. My ultrasound showed a irregular shaped sac (like a kidney bean) and only a fetal pole, no heartbeat or baby, it measured 6wk 1dy.  Is there a possibility of a viable pregnancy?

Did they do a HCG level?? Your ovulation could have been way off...when do you go back??
