Can taking cough syrup help me conceive?

I have read a few things online but wanted to know if anyone noticed that it helped? Or any other comments that maybe helpful.

i think getting your diet on track --- i dont mean trying to loose weight, but eating nutritious foods and drinking lots of water............. i heard yams are beneficial in helping with concieving

The rule is to use one that only contains ONE ingredient- guafenesin (spelling?). I think Mucinex is the only thing I could find at my pharmacy. And it will only be beneficial if you are not producing good quality and amounts of your own cervical mucous during ovulation.

If you're not ovulating it won't help you ovulate.

you also need to drink lots of water when doing this, or it doesn't increase CM.

They say it increases Your CM which is why its supposed to help you conceieve! So i would say yea go ahead but dont take it too much as it can be addicting! Good luck on your journey!
