Can this cause pregnancy?
I ejaculated, took a shower, and 11 hours later fingered my girlfriend. I touched my penis a few minutes before doing so. Is there a chance that the sperm from 11 hours ago could have still been there and caused pregnancy?

The chance of pregnancy from this is extremely low, close to impossible. Though you do need to be aware that pre-ejaculation, the wetness you have on your penis when aroused, does contain sperm in and of itself, so it does not matter if you had ejaculated hours earlier, peed, or what ever else. That's just something to keep in mind for future times.
