Can you relate? 4weeks

I am 4 weeks pregnant, just yesterday  morning I was light light pink spotting as I would clean myself and just spots in my undies. The cramping is no more than a period cramping nothing extremely severe. I went to er anyways and they did an ultra sound just to see there's no abnormalities even tho they can't really see a " full baby"  yet they said it was fine as well as the vaginal screening. I go back to er or my ob to see if my hormonal levels are doubling in two days. Now even this morning I'm cramping a little bt no heavy bright blood. Has anyone else experienced this and continued a healthy pregnancy? Or is this signs of miscarriage, I'm sooo worried and been praying my butt off.

Yeah its probably blood from your period still early so u could have one. Also I had cramping up until I was about 13 wks its juss the baby sketching ur uterus and some light spotting after the doctor checked down there or tmi my bf and I would have sex. I'm now 26wks tho

I had that but dark brown from 6 weeks and lasted until 13 weeks but I had a healthy baby so don't worry. It's prob just bits old blood as ur uterus is stretchin
