Castor oil/ Protein in urine?

Hey ladies im 38 weeks and a first time mom! I was wondering about peoples opions about Castor oil to help induce labor, is it unsafe?? Also I recently went to the hospital the other night w/ contractions dilated @ 3cm but got sent home bc the contractions werent close enough together. Well my ****** nurse told me they found protein in my urine and said it had to do with my excessive swelling when I asked her what it meant multiple times she ignored me! Tried talking to other nurses but the hospital was super busy:(. What does it mean is it harmful?? What do I do?

Well I am going the same thing. However, I am 35 weeks . protien in your urine plus swelling can mean preclampsia. And normally they should do a 24 hour urine collect with you. That is what I had to do.and they monitor your BP.
