Certain smells/nausea

Hey ladies :) I'm 14 weeks and I still get a bit of morning sickness it comes out of the blue and some certain smells really trigger it especially when I wake up in The morning.  It doesn't matter if I've eaten or not, does anyone have any remedies that could help? I heard ginger beer or tea with ginger is good, but any suggestions would be great thanks :)

I still get nauseas & gag and what helps me is chewing cinnamon gum & drinking ice cold water.. smells still bother me regardless of what i do though..

Try rubbing an alcohol swab across your forehead from temple to temple
