Cervix / Induction

So I just went to the doctors he said my cervix still look pretty closed ( I haven't lost my mucus plug either) I haven't had contractions or anything my due date is in 3 days and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to open them up or start contractions basically to get my labor rolling or some thing. I probably sound stupid I'm a ftm and I just am ready for her to be here and I'm sorry / not sorry I'm so completely over being pregnant.  And I think he said I wasn't dilated. He said right now I'm not a good can a date for being induced because my cervix and that would increase the chances of c section.

Walking, bouncing on the side of your bed, nipple stimulation for several times a day for at least an hour or longer and sex are some ways to speed things up. I used castor oil with my first pregnancy but I was already dilated and having strong contractions and when she was born she was a perfectly healthy, 6lbs and 15oz. I've seem some of the women on here try cinnamon tea and raspberry leaf tea and said it actually worked. Good luck momma!

U can have sex. Go walking. Get a yoga ball and roll on it. That helps I have seen others talk about primrose oil but I have never tried it so I can't vouch for that one.

i have a list in my journals of some natural ways to dilate and efface. What worked best for me was walking and sex though. They are worth a try though, my doctor gave me the list! Good luck!
