Canned goods?
Is it safe to eat canned goods such as tuna,ham,lunch meat diruing pregnancy???
Tuna is fine in small amounts, just about a can a week. Thats only because pf the mercury levels in fish! But I eat Tuna quite a bit (: you can look up lists of types of fish and how much you can be eating during pregnancy!
My doctor told me tuna wasn't good while pregnant I was craving a tuna sandwich so bad and couldn't eat it
