Charlie horse vs. pulled muscle?

I was stretching in bed and my calf muscle felt like it just flipped over my other muscle and I had some pretty bad pain for 30 seconds and now it's really sore especially if I flex my foot. I haven't tried to get up and walk yet but hopefully I can do that. I also have to go to work in an hour and I wait tables so that's probably not gonna be fun today haha I just know it's easier to pull a muscle while pregnant. What do you think it is it what should I do about it?

yup charlie horse i hate them i get them in the middle of my sleep and my calf stays sore for almost two days ppl tell me that i should try drinking more milk n eating bananas so i wont get them n well i tried it n so far i havent had one in. 2mths

I get that all the time when I stretch my legs in the morning, when ever I get a pinched nerve or muscle pain in my calf I roll my foot forward and back and it relieves the pain instantly, you should try it.

I get those all the time. For me it's cause I usually need more potassium. Eat a banana it might help

I get them all the time the more you walk on it the less sore you will do. Also pulling the top of my foot against a wall and leaving forward stretches it for me.

Probably a charlie horse they make my muscles hurt after I get them too. I stretch it out as much as I can maybe try a warm shower it helps get that muscle to relax a littlle
