Did your OB/GYN say it was fine?
I have been taking chia seeds and its very good.i take them every morning with my oatmeal go for it+it has fiber which is good if you suffer from constipation during pregnancy +very rich in omega 3
Because all the health benefits it has is why I want to take it. It would give my baby alot of nutrients
I put them in my oatmeal and smoothies and sometimes even my water! I love chia!

Did you take them while you were pregnant
I took them before I even got pregnant and all it really did was make me bloated so I wouldn't want to eat as much.
All I keep reading is its safe to during pregnancy but I still want my doctor to confirm this so it will make me feel better
