Don't eat too much, just limit yourself everyday. Too much sugar might effect your baby by them having sugar craving headaches when they r born. Cause they are used to all that sugar while in the womb and then they don't get it after they are born.
Idk why I said that all complicated but they can get sugar withdrawals after birth.
During my whole pregnancy I craved a lot of fruits and salty stuff. Now that I'm a week away from delivering (39+1) I been craving sweets and chocolate like crazyy. I can't go a day without eating a chocolate bar. I have my husband going nuts about it.
i did im 32 weeks and baby is healthy and i dont have gestational diabetes or preeclampsia
