Cholestasis in early pregnancy???

I had Cholestasis with my oldest son, but developed it when I was about 5 months pregnant. The itching was severe, all over my body from head to toe. It was also what played a factor in me rupturing during delivery. I started developing severe itching on my collar bone area and the back of my neck for about 2 days now, there really isn't a rash but it is slightly red.

Cholestasis usually does not occur until the last 3-4 months of pregnancy. I'm concerned because it can be a life threating disorder.

Also, when I had it, it was primarily on my hands and feet and would get worse at night... in hindsight, i think i had it for about 2 month but reduced it to stress... i remember having had changed body washes thinking my skin was just getting sensitive.... Luckily I went in in time. I think you should get your levels checked so you know how your liver is working!!

My best advice would be to call your doctor and let him know immediately, JUST in case. Since you have a history with it it's better to let him check you and see.
