Cinnamon Tea

Hey mommies just wondering how many of you actually have had contractions after drinking cinnamon tea and how many cups you drunk. Ive had 2 in the past hour and wondeing about more. Desprate for a method that works!! Thanks

Oh I've never heard of that. The cinnamon tea never done anything for me at all

You put 1-2 cups of coffee in a bowl and place in your toilet. Then pour hot water over the coffee and sit on it for 20mins. The steamis spose to simulate the bowel and help induce you. Didnt do anything for me though

What's the coffee thing? My first cup never done anything and that was 4+ hours ago. Going to have another cup, maybe try two now

I had 2 cups in an hour but i only used one cinnamon stick for both. I had slight period pain like contraction things for about 2 hours but nothing really now, just alot of movements. Ive also had a hot bath and tried the coffee thing today. Best of luck to you other mommies

Yes add sugar or honey if yud like id advise yu to take a warm bath too like lay in the tub aha girl im trying everything ahahah. Good luckkk

Great. I'm due tomorrow so want to try something different. Raspberry leaf tea just isn't doing anything. Can I add sugar?

I boil water for like 2 cups &&; I add 2 cinnamon stick cant be powder or the tea seeing how the stick is more pure. I let it boil and just drink it like that.

Do you just boil the kettle and fill a cup up with hot water and put a cinimon stick in or do you actually make a cup of normal tea and then stick one in

I got contractions didn't have any what so ever im actually due today &&; since yesterday ive been having some. Make sure not to drink 2 cups within an hour that its at least 2 hours apart because cinnamon is a spice and could be too strong for yur veins (I think the word is veins I can only think of the word in Spanish right now). Good luck how far along are you?
