Circumcision ?
Does anybody know if NC Medicaid covers to have your baby boy circumcised? Or know of any insurance that will if medicaid doesn't? And if it isn't covered, approximately how much does it cost to have done & can you pay in increments?
Circumcision isn't medically necessary so no insurance covers it. Luckly its not too expensive but it really is only for appearance.
Call the number on the back and ask to be sure. Some insurance companies in Ky consider it cosmetic, but Medicaid still covers it.
As Far As I Know It Has To Be Paid At The Time It Gets Done Id Call The Hospital Your Delivering At And Ask How Much And All That For Sure But I Know For A Fact No Insurance Covers It Anymore
