Close and scared

Any other moms close to due date and afraid of their water breaking in bed? I'm terrified! It can break on the couch or in public and I wouldn't care but the thought of it breaking in bed terrifies me! This is baby number 2 for us and I was just as worried last time around so I slept on our futon we didn't really care about lol I know I'm not that close to time yet but I'm still freaking out.

It can happen anywhere else for me but there's just something about my bed. I feel like we'd haw to throw the bed away and get a new one before coming home if it happened and same with a mattress pad like we'd spend all this money on one for out bed but then my water breaks and I'd have to throw it out lol my water was broken in the hospital last time around but I know that doesn't mean it won't break on its own this time

if the water breaks while swimming or having a bath, you would still know if your water breaks, because your body produces more liquid right untill the baby comes out, so even if the water breaks and you don't notice it, it'll still keep leaking down your leg or in your underwear untill the baby comes out

I jave a matress protector too, its really nice and comfy.  My mom bought it for us when I was pregnant with my first.  It has come in handy with kids peeing, and baby, and all sorts of things.  Im kinda weird, but Ive never experienced my water breaking till the end of labor, and think it would be kind of cool to experience it.

I'm scared to go swimming because I'm scared it'll pop while I'm in the water and I won't be able to tell lol

mine broke when i got up in the morning to go to toilet, but it wasn't a big gush of water, just a little bit leaked down my leg, and i read that the water usually breaks when you stand to go somewhere, as in it doesn't leak while your lying or sitting down, but sure its different for everyone :)
