It's best to stay around 200 mg of caffeine, drink lots of water after or throughout the day and limit yourself

I was told not to drink anymore than an 8 ounce cup a day if I thought I had to have it but its best to limit caffiene to once or twice a week. I've been hearing a lot that caffiene can be a cause of adhd and other problems. Me and my husband both have adhd so I try to not drink caffiene.

You can't have more than 200-250mg of caffeine a day because of a chance of preterm delivery & low birth weight . U can definitely have coffee , but not too much .. u can also try decaf coffee

My friend is in the nursing program and it said in an app she has for class that coffee caffeine is okay to have but limit the other caffeine like chocolate and pop to 30-50mg to avoid low birth weight. So you should be fine!

The recommended amount is 400mg of caffeine a day. Pretty sure its the equivalent of about two cups of coffee, or 5 cans of Cola x enjoy the coffee :D
