Coffee?

Can I drink coffee being pregnant?  I looked online and got conflicting results saying it was okay. But others said dont even think about it. It would be caffanated coffee. Obviously I don't want to hurt my baby but pumpkin spice coffee is calling my name.

My doctor gave a 100mg caffine limit so i would ask your doctor, some have different limits they set that they want you to go by. I rarely drink one caffeinated drink a week

Yea, I was told no caffiene in the first trimester but 200mg a day after that was just fine. You can always do 1/2 decaf in lattes :)

Before I got pregnant I drank 2 cups of coffee every day, the Hersey one. Wen I found out I got scared but it tunes out my baby health. They say 1 cup is fine.
