Cold or Allergies??

I've never had allergies b4 but i'm so congested I can't breathe at all :/ My chest feels heavy I blow my nose and nothing comes out but as soon as I try to lay down its runny. I've tried Benadryl, saline drops and steam nothing is working anyone else? Anything that's helping u?

im thinking rhinitis I googled it and all I can find is basically im stuck with it it up to a month after delivery :(

Ive been sick on and off for 3 months completely weird but I would be sick for a week and better for 1 then sick again with horrible colds. ive been better about a week and now this.. no coughing yet tho

Or could be rhinitis that is common in pregnancy

Are you coughing? This happen to me and turns out it was pregnancy induced asthma,

Yes drink it hot so when you go to drink it you're also inhaling the steam. I mostly drink it at night right before bed. You could also try getting a wash cloth and wet it with hot water, try your best to squeeze it out and either put it over your whole face or just put it over your nose and inhale the steam

Do you have to drink it hot? Ive tried tea but that's the only way its helping me but its really hot in my city so its hard to do during the day :/

I have a stuffy nose too, I drink Green Tea, its helping a lot
