I'm 30 weeks and still have it. Honestly, If you're hungry, just eat. The worse that can happen is youre gonna throw it back up. My body was retaining some of the food and water that I was putting into my body. The big thing is to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids or chew on some crushed ice. Ice is my craving lol but it also helps with hydration when I don't feel like drinking water. I myself would rather eat and be satisfied then chuck it up then not eat at all and feel even crappier. Chicken noodle soup with the noodles drained out is another thing I used to do. If it gets too bad, talk to your doctor about maxalon or Zofran for your nausea.

I did in my first trimester. I couldn't even eat apples or water. Slushies from Circle K were my only option.
