What are some common symptoms around 6 weeks pregnant?? Just wondering.

Im 6 weeks and I only found out yesterday. I had cramping like i was getting my period and i felt alittle off. I suppose you kinda just know if your really good with you body. I dont have sore breasts and i havent thrown up but I am so tired all the time. I wake up and feel like i havent slept

Lucky you, I have a lot. Mild morning sickness, cramps, back pain, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, bloating.... increased appetite too it ***** lol

Cramps, sore breasts, headaches, nausea, fatigue, but sometimes women don't get symptoms.

I had fatigue,  breast tenderness,  lmood swings, and headaches at 6 weeks. Also had a little spotting
