Concerned?

I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow, and after walking about a mile today my hands and feet where swollen. Enough to where I could feel the pressure trying to close them (my hands). I was hydrated, its Arizona so that's not an option, but it was 108 today. Should I bring this up with my doctor or is that normal? I'm not trying to jump to preeclampsia or anything I'm just curious.

It just took me by surprise. Lol I hate the valley we are trying to move north! At least like Flagstaff, where it isn't 108 in May. Haha but I will be mentioning this to my doctor, she seems to shrug a lot of things off though, so hopefully they took my request seriously when I asked not to see her anymore.

You can bring it up to your doctor but it's pretty normal. I live in AZ too and my hands and feet get swollen and start getting numb just from walking around maybe 20 mins at Walmart -_-

They recommend walking so I do. Im 20 weeks but have never experienced that.
but there's lots of swelling and aching during pregnancy.
you should talk to your doctor just in case.

Might as well mention it, but it's pretty normal. Really annoying and makes you not want to exercise!
