mucas plug

I had to be induced with my first baby so never lost my mucas plug at least i dont think. I am one day from 34 weeks so dont plan on it happening any time soon but was wondering how ill know. Do you just keep checking after you use the bathroom or do you feel it? So many people seem to notice when they do so was just wondering how

I stayed dialated to 3 at 80 percent for 3 weeks with my first baby and dont know if i ever lost the plug or not.

it varies person to person. I just lost a big chunk of mucous this morning, and it was just like something you'd blow out of your nose. it was super thick white/clear in color I'm 35+1 but I was checked Tuesday and I'm 2.5 dilated & 90% effaced and at risk for preterm labor.

Its like snot in a way. Its really thick I looked pics up on google. Im losing mine gradually and its like a lumpy look to it. I dont feel it at all, ive heard of women losing it down the loo without knowing but alot of the time if you check the toliet paper you'll see it on there but I wouldnt know I was losing it otherwise
