I use a warm pad on my abdomen and drink alot of water to help with my constipation. If it gets too bad seek help.
I'M 12WKS AND 5 DAYS. AND I'M HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. I WAS TOLD BY MY DR TO EAT APPLES AND DRINK PRUNE JUICE. I'VE TRIED THE APPLES, I'M NOT A PRUNE PERSON. BUT I HAVEN'T FOUND THE APPLES HELPED.

I had the same problem when I talked with my doctor she said to try beano for the gas and more juice and prunes for the constipation
I had a really bad problem with constipation right around 10 weeks. Unfortunately it can get really bad (like my case) and u need to eat the right things or it could get severe. Prune juice tastes gross but it helps trust me. Also eat prunes..hot water with lemon helped me. Also try something with molasses in it (its a natural remedy for constipation) eat a lot of fruit in general. Sometimes apples can bind u too so just keep track. Grapes help a lot too.. and most important drink ALOT of water!! Also of it gets real bad..stop taking ur prenatal for a few days and swtich to flinstone ones..then once ur back to health go back to ur prenatals ( mainly bc its the iron that's binding u) hope it helps!! It all worked for me and haven't had constipation since :)
I called my ob about it today and they said colace or miralax but I would call your ob to see what they reccomend
i drink a glass of prune juice morning and night and it really makes a big difference. good luck!
This may sound like a weird combination but I've been eating apples grapes and cheese everyday and now I seem to be back to normal!
