Constipation :(
Ok so I've had terrible nausea I'm guessing its from the progesterone shots I've been recieving. I can't keep anything down so I let my doc know, she prescribed something that really hasn't worked and I've notice I'm getting a tad constipated. I absolutely hate the feeling of constipation:(((
Can any of you ladies recommend something safe please? The girls at the office told me miralax but I can't remember 100%. Please please let me know I don't want it to get worse, oh and something good for nausea. I don't think I'll be wasting my time on the pills anymore. Thank you ;)))

Mirolac is what I was told to take when I was taking zofran. That and I started eating frosted mini what's every morning for breakfast, definitely helped get me regular!
