I drink milk everyday, if I miss a day without drinking it, I don't use the bathroom.

Colace works great. I get it from walmart or any other pharmacy. I usually take two at a time bc one doesn't seem to work.

Before I resort to any medication every approved by doctor I try my own things. High fiber diet such as broccoli, oatmeal, blackberries, some cereals,  bananas, or organes.. there's a ton more food high in fiber but that worked for me. I try to eat something high in fiber as atleast one snack daily to reduce the risk of getting constipated and its helped since the first few weeks of my pregnancy now I'm almost 27 weeks and have had no issues

Walk or another form of gentle exercise. The movements of your legs stimulate your bowel muscles into action. Drink plenty water come stay Hydrated. Eat plenty fibre ie wholemeal bread, pasta and rice. Drink fruit juice.  Never strain on the toilet, you should push gently and rock your pelvis back and forth to help stimulate your bowels , thats what we get our patients to do.  you should always try natural remedies first as opposed to jumping straight into medication as your body becomes reliant on that quickly.

There are several things I do to help me with constipation. Try prunes. Room temperature water or the best thing for me is drinking 2 cups of Naked green machine lol. May not taste the best but definitely works!
