Constipation
My constipation is back... I've tried stool softeners, fiber one bars, magnesium citrate, and still NOTHING. HELP!!
My doctor recommended me Matamucil and to drink 8 glasses of water. I'm only 9 weeks but I was constipated all the time. The water worked for me. Maybe if it doesn't help try apple or prune juice.
