Contractions? Idk?
So contractions are when the abdomen tightens right & they're supposed to hurt?? Because yesterday my abdomen tightened up pretty hard kinda felt like a rock but I felt no pain at all! Idk if that was a contraction or not what do you guys say?
No those are wat they call braxton hicks...they kinda feel like cramping when ur period comes but not as strong as when u really get contractions...
