Contractions? When to go to the hospital

OK so this is my 3 full term preganancy but with my first 2 dds I have csection and didnt go through contraction. So for awhile now I know I have been having the BH contractions. Those were like the tightning of the belly and than they would losen. As of MOnday I got the nasuea back and  as of Wednesday afternoon I started to get a little more crampy like pains with heavyness in the front lower area, about every hour for about 6 hours. But it wasnt anything that was painful to me or discomforting. I went to bed Wed night and slept normal like I alwas do and than Thurs morning (Thankgsgiving) whan I got up my lower back was so sore like I slept on the same side all night and the acheness lingered all day. All through out the day I was exhausted and could hardly stand becasue my upper legs just felt weak, I was still getting the pressure throught the back, and cramps torwards the front. I layed down for about 2 hours and took a nap and when I woke it didnt go away. ALL day i had that pressure feeling like I had to go poop and about 9 pm I was able to go and that seemed to realive that pressure. I took a shower but I was so exhausted after I went to bed. So this morning FRIDAY I still have that ache in my back like THURS morning. It is starting to get really uncomfortable to walk. It almost feels like my satitica is acting up.....As of Wed I had gone to the dr, he didnt check me, I think its becasue I have a schedauled csection set in 2 weeks, and I have NEVER experancied any kind of contraction or labor in my past pregnancies. BUT he told e if my contraction get to be 5 min apart t go to the hospital....

I think you should either call your Dr or go to hospital just so they can check. At the end of the day you need to have a safe delivery and if you have never experienced contractions through labour I would go. Even if they send you home at least you will have been checked or maybe you could be dilating.

The worst pain I have ever felt was the ectopic 2011. I am not sure what I should be experianceing or how I should time these contractions becasue i feel it from my back to the front around my belly and slight pressure through the cervix. NOTHING is painfull where it catches my breath, they are just noticable that they are there. The only thing that is bothering me in the lower back ache....... DH is getting excited and wants me to go into natural labor and to be able to have that experiance. But with my cestion I am set have have the tubal dont to. DH doesnt care, than that means if i do the all natural thing and not c section than I have to go in for a seperate procedure to have the tubal.  I just dont know if and when I should go to the hospital.
