Contractions at night!???

Why does it seem like I only experience contractions at night time. I'm only 37 weeks & I haven't lost a mucus plug so I'm sure they are braxton Hicks. But I only feel them at night time, anybody else like this?

I think its because we're active during the day and when we lay down our body finally relaxes a lot so we start contracting. It's just a theory but it makes sense to me. Lol.. The same thing happens to me.
