Contractions vs BH

I am 37 weeks pregnant and i dont think ive experienced any BH, or maybe i just dont notice it, so im really confused in this topic. What do Braxton hicks feel like and what do real contractions feel like? How do real contractions feel when they start?

Bh start at 6 weeks and every one gets them its just that some women can't feel them. Feel lucky mine where so bad even the nurses thought they where real till they timed them and checked my dilation

It could. Im only 31 weeks and in early stages of labor already :'( for me i get back contractions and they last about a minute and are about 2 hours apart. Pretty much any pain in your lower torso that is timeable and predictable consider a contraction. Thats what i have been told

Bh can be different for each pregnancy as far as pain but your stomach gets really tight and hard. Real contractions are similar but they are regular and you can time/predict them. Real contractions also hurt really bad and for me its in my lower belly and my lower back where as my bh is my entire stomache
