Shoulder pain

I've been having a kind of burning pain in my bicep I think is what it's, called. It's the top of my arm kind of in my shoulder too. And was wondering if this is bad?? I do have a very crappy bed so maybe it's that? What do you guys think? Please help I'm worried

Yeah thats what I was thinking. But I was worried because I thought it might be a sign of miscarriage or something. And I dont really want to go the doctors cause they made me feel stupid cause I went in for my headaches and knee pains and they just made me feel really dumb. :( Thanks for the reply though I appreciate it :)

its more than likley your bed or a traped nerve or just general akes and pain im sure its nothing if your to worried see your gp and try and relax....
