Contractions?

I get really bad pain down by where the babies head is now that she's head down I've had it today and yesterday it's not a achy kinda pain in actually hurts really bad. Am I just doing to much or could I maybe dilating pleas help I'm nervous

I had the achy ness from my ones now this hurtin is even weird to explain I can't say how it feels it just makes me stop what ever I'm doing till it gets a bit better.

Yes I have the sore thing too ever since yesterday and it killlllls! It's not just achy it hurts so damn bad.

Ive been gettin contractions on and off since friday.. im 31+4 i think its me dialating. Its also sore down there.. ima ask my doc friday. U ask urs
