Contractions?

I'm a ftm at 32+4 weeks. Today I was leaving out of tha store and suddenly started feeling cramping pains. It lasted for a couple of minutes here & there but it was like dull and kinda mild. I'm absolutely scared that idk what contractions are to know what's going on. I drunk a bottle of water & nothing happened. I then took a hot bath and sat on tha couch and propped my feet up and was fine. Maybe it was braxton Hicks? Its tha first time that has ever happened. Also, my daughter has been really low today like I can feel a body part move across my pelvic bones. Could it be ligament pain instead? I'm soo confused.

If it was real contraction they would be regular kind of like a pattern nd trust me nothing you do would stop them on the other hand if you walk or exercise or something braxton hicks stop

It sounds like bh cuz they are usually irregular if it was real contractions you would have them and be able to time them. So I wouldn't worry to much I've had really painful bh and nothing I did would make them stop I just had to wait till it was over and I would usually only get one once a week.
