Drink water and lay on left side. If they don't go away, start timing them. If they are constant and more than 4 in one hour, call your doctor and tell them.
I'm 28 weeks today, and dealt with this at 23 weeks. It was just Braxton Hicks
If they subside when you move or become active, if they go away they're braxton, hicks.
Time them, Braxton hicks contractions will not be consistent and will not get closer together and stronger as real contractions will. Braxton hicks are normal around 19-20 weeks, just your body practicing!
If there not pai ful but tightning its braxton hicks. If ur unsure though call the hospital x
Are you sure it's not Braxton hicks contractions? I started having them when I was around 19-20 weeks it's completely normal
