Contractions
If you have contractions do it mean your dilating ?? ..
Braxton hicks never dilated me and neither did my true contractions till after my water broke and then I only dilated to 3.5 cms and stopped . I wouldn't dilate anymore no matter how strong my contractions were
No: Braxton hicks contractions don't make you dilate. True contractions usually do.
Not always I've been having contractions in my lower back and as far as I know I'm not dialated at all
