Braxton hicks are just tightening rock hard stomach that should be painless

Contractions are also tightening stomach with pain that kind of feel like menstrual cramps and pain like you have to poop.

Tightening of ur stomach that wrap around either fromt to back or back to front that are painful beginning its like bad period cramps that last for more than an hr constantly. Gdluck hope I helped a little
