Contractions

What do they feel like exactly and where do you feel them? I am hurting so bad I can barely move

They could have been real ones. How far along are you? My friend had contractions off and on for a week before she officially started dilating.

Thanks for the advice ladies!! I have lost my bloody show but the pains came and went and haven't come back. I went to my doctors appointment and she told me I was fine and that they were probably just strong Braxton hicks

You'll definitely know! I had such bad anxiety thinking I wouldn't know... But when I actually got contractions I was in tears, it was a clear come and go and I got my bloody show and knew that that day was the day (: you will definitely know!

Mine were always in my abdomen I never had any back pain but to me it felt like watching waves roll in, it started out with lite cramping and gradually got more intense

Yeah for me I had back pain for 2 days that wouldn't go away and then started getting period cramps that came and went and got gradually stronger as time went on. Once my water broke they really started to hurt. But there was no pain other than regular pregnancy aches between the contractions.

Sometimes when you think it's false contraction sometimes it's real. So keep a good look out hunn.

I've heard women say contractions start here,  or there,  but the common thing is they come and go.  

If these keep coming regularly,  and get stronger,  wherever you feel them it's likely they're contractions.

Okay thank you! I feel fine now it's coming and going, but I'm feeling piercing cramps in my pelvic area, down there, and my lower back.

Wat rae said. It feel exactly like period cramps but to the point where it makes you cry.

Hi. Contractions started in my bad which felt like really bad bad back pain then went around to abdomen feeling like menstrual cramps, but 10x worse.
