Contractions...?

Not sure if I'm feeling contractions. I'll be 37 weeks this Thursday, since Saturday I've been having that ache in the very bottom of my abdomen like when your on your period and at the same time my lower back will ache super bad. Also, my inner thighs/pelvic area hurts too like growing pains...

It could be braxton hicks (fake contractions) its to get the uterus ready for the real contractions. They say the fake ones can be and usualy are still a little painful...the only difference ia that they are very iregular compared to real contractions. Iv had braxton hicks since 25 weeks and now im 37.5 weeks and its starting to be a little more painful as time goes which is supposibly normal. But yes deffinitly time them incase its the all real lol

Yeah it comes and lasts for a few minutes and then goes away.

Does it come and go? It could just be growing pains from your baby growing and dropping into your pelvis.
