Contractions
so I think I am having contractions I'm a first time mommy and I get really bad cramps they last a bit less than a minute and continue for about 10 minutes then they go away for about 15-20 min. My lower back is also killing me .. Am I going into labor??
If they're not consistently coming every 10-15 minutes then it's probably Braxton hicks. Labor contractions are consistent and won't stop if you stand up and walk around or take a bath. If they keep coming and get stronger and closer together you could definitely be in early labor (: good luck!

Feel your stomach is it hard Like your nose? Thats braxton hicks. Is your belly hard like your forehead? Thats labor contractions.
