It's more than just your uterus. Look at a post pregnancy anatomy chart, everything has moved. Many, many women struggle to get things "back" where they should. Belly bands give your body support, especially your back and pelvis while things go "back". If you're like me and everything got pushed really far out there, it's good to give your body some help for $30.

If you rub your uterus like they show you at the hospital you dont need to waste money on any of that.

Your uterus contracts back into size after you give birth. Sometimes it takes longer than others. I would just let your body do it's thing.

If you go on Amazon and look for "pregnancy belly band" there is a universal medium size one for like $28 free shipping. It's Curad brand. My Dr and chiropractor both suggest this one for great results during and after pregnancy, and not spending a lot of money. I got mine the other day and its great!
