Could I be having a miscarriage?

Monday the 17 I started spotting a small amount (Brown colored) and having cramps I thought it was the beginning of my period and by Friday it still was happening so I took a pregnancy test and all four of them were positive! We are so excited.  But I'm continuing to spot and have cramps. Could I possibly be having a miscarriage?

i had lots of spotting in my first trimester. i had posted a lot on here that i was always at the doctors because of all the spotting. i had a miscarriage before this pregnancy at 12 weeks so i was always worried. but my doctor told me because your uterus is growing and all that. cramping and spotting is expected. unless its heavy and really red or bright red to worry a bit. but if its just brown sounds like implantation bleeding. i had red spotting the first trimester but now i am 22 weeks and my babys is healthy knock on wood. so i think you're fine. but don't ever be scared to go to the doctor. better be safe then sorry. be safe momma. i wish you best and congrats on the baby :)

I had the same problem but it was heavy not just spotting here and there. I literally ran around the hospital trying to figure out if I was having a miscarriage. Doctor said unless its more of a pink or redish color not to worry and that alot of women still spot every month around their cycle time. And if u do go to the doctors they told me they couldnt do anything for me or baby unless I was 20+ weeks. My baby is 17 weeks tomorrow and still doing amazing :) stressing will make it worse!

Its just implantation bleeding, thats what happend to me. Like they say if it gets red and heavy go to the doctor asap, most likely thats a misscarriage.

A miscarriage would have bright red to dark red blood with or without cramps and clots. Brown is usually old especially if it's kind of pasty.

Spotting is sometimes normal in the beginning of pregnancy but if your cramps are really strong and dont go away I would go to the er just in case hope all is well

Its most likely implantation bleeding, but if you're really worried call or go to your doctor.
