I have like the worst headache ever! I tried to nap it off but I couldn't sleep at all :/ grr
If someone is there tell them to rub the back of ur neck up to the center of your head the little hole where your hair is. And there front of ur forehead. There should be a slight dent or hole rub those it a mussel relaxer causes ur brain muscles to relax :) releaving ur head ache remember RUB don't push
