Could I have had a misscarriage? ?

I got the mirena iud inserted about 6 months ago everything was going fine and I still had my period for all 5 months. Then 3 days ago I noticed some spotting and was having really bad cramping and I was also REALLY bloated so I thought I started my period early , but the spotting was off and on for 2 days (which has never happened before) Yesterday I noticed that my period had gotten really heavy and I was having big clots in the blood , I didn't think anything of it but today I have been bleeding way more than i ever have and I'm worried. Is there a possibility that I could have had a miscarriage on the Copper IUD ??

I bleed everyday when I was on the conception injection but spotting can be normal but the clots I don't think you should leave it go and get checked hun

Please go get checked and demand to be checked for ectopic pregnancy. Make them check you'r blood hcg leavels. My iud corsed an ectopic pregnancy that nearly killed me

I can't use any type of birth control I'll have my normal period for the first 3 months abd after ill bleed heavy non stop everyday like a period that never leaves so I had to stop using birth control

Yes its possible but not very common you should go to the doctor ASAP they will have to remove the iud if that's what happened. My friend had periods that were very heavy and lasted two weeks so she had the iud removed.
