Counting the Days
My husband and I are trying to conceive our first baby. I was 8 days late in my period showing all the signs of pregnancy but still showing a negititve pregnancy results. Unfortunately this morning (day 9) I got my period, do I start to count my next period from today or will it be starting 9 days ago? I was to be sure we make love when I am more fertile. Please help.
Cycle Day 1 is the first day of blood flow. You ovulate 2 weeks BEFORE your next period. Good luck!
