I had cramping in both pregnancies. If it's not bad pain and you're not bleeding I wouldn't worry. Especially if this is your first baby, your uterus is doing something new and expanding...
Yea this is my first pregnancy. none of the cramps are bad enough where i have to sit down or anything, just strong enough for me to notice when they come and go. did they last throughout your pregnancies?
Mine lasted for the first couple months then they were gone, every once in a while I get round ligament pain, which is pain in the ligaments on your abdomen. It's normal and can sometimes feel like you're being stabbed if you move too quickly. It's just part of stretching.
I had that too. I'm now 18 weeks. It went away around 14 weeks for me. It can also be gas or having to poop.
I had period like cramps all throughout my first trimester when I was pregnant. Its 100% normal. It's just the uterus and ligaments stretching and getting bigger. My son is 2 mos old now.
I had cramping as well that lasted into my second trimester up to 23-24 weeks. I just gave birth under a week ago. As long as the pain isn't severe and there isn't any blood it's typically nothing to worry about. Your body is going through tons of changes now to accomidate and take care of baby.
thanks everyone! I'll try not to worry about it too much then
