Cramping in early pregnancy? HELP

I quit taking the pill so we could get pregnant and I am a bit late right now for my period.  My last period was during the first week of October.  The last few days I have had some lower abdominal cramping but no period.  Is it normal to cramp like this at first if I am pregnant already??  I have one son but I don't remember feeling like this.  Any help is appreciated!

I had AF symptoms the entire first 3 months and sometimes even now @ almost 15 weeks.  From my experience it is normal.

Thanks for the info:)  It seemed strange because it has lasted for a few days--I was starting to think something else was going on.  I took a HPT a few days ago that came out negative so I am going to wait and take another one next week.  That makes me feel better to know this may be normal--especially if you had those symptoms for 3 months..................ouch!  Thanks so much and good luck to you....

Hi,
i had my last period start on 1st October, today is ym 39th day and my period has not started. This morning I took two HPTs, both showed negative. But for the past one week I have been either bloated, crampy, or nauseated during travelling. Do you suggest I go for a beta-HCG test??
I do want to get a positive test result!!

I was not preg when the HSG was done....after the HSG my period is delayed by over 10days...usually my cycles are very regular. We have been trying this cycle also...so I was wondering if I would get preg ....some say after HSG the tubes are cleared up!! but both HPTs were negative today mornnig!;-(

I am in the same boat with you--my last period was about the same time and still no period and one negative test a few days ago.  I think we both may still be pregnant--I am going to wait and test next week again if I still haven't started.  I have been feeling strange too with some nausea and cramps.  Good luck:)  The x-ray should be fine--you just don't want to be exposed again now that you think you may be pregnant.  That is actually the field I am studying................I would mention it anyway to your doc once pregnancy is established.

I had cramps for a couple weeks with no period in sight! That's why I took a test in the first place. Otherwise, I never would have known I was pregnant. By the time I took a pregnancy test I was 6 weeks. I had been cramping for a couple weeks before that, but then it subsided. So it definitely could be a sign you are pregnant!
