Cramping?

I am currently 34 weeks and i am havin some menstrual like cramps in my lower abdomen and back. What is this? Are they normal? Are these contractions? Braxton Hicks? Help please!

Yes u should time them I had menstrual like cramps now im on bedrest as I was in preterm labor. I was actually having contractions every 7 to 8 minutes.

I think you should time the cramps if they are off and on. If they last 4 minutes or 5 you should call your doctor and ask them if its normal.i hope that helps.
