Cramps for heck!

Around when should you stop experiencing cramps in your pregnancy? I'm 6+ weeks with my first and my first sonogram isn't until the 3rd of October. I have horrible cramps everyday, sometimes buckling me in two and keeping me up at night. What are some ways to relieve these cramps that are safe for the baby? When will the cramps stop? My OB says it's normal, but I just need some relief!

I've had cramps on and off my entire pregnancy even the last one. Putting a warn patch on my back helps and warm showers or baths

Heat/ice applied to your back, exercise, and better posture. Those helped me back in the beginning and now that I'm 37 weeks, the cramps have returned.
